Matthew McConaughey’s workout secret revealed

World Class fitness trainer Boris Ilyin revealed the secret of training actor Matthew McConaughey. His words are quoted by “Championship”.

Ilyin said that the artist’s training consists of static abdominal exercises, namely various planks. He emphasized that McConaughey does not have dynamic movements on the abdominal muscles in his arsenal, which means he only receives tone and recruitment of muscle fibers.

The actor’s workout includes a plank on straight arms, a plank on the forearms, a repeat of the plank on the hands, a plank in a prone position with a knee at the elbow, another plank on the forearms and a plank on the side. Each exercise is done for 30 seconds.

In July 2023, fitness trainer Denis Solomin revealed the training secret of Canadian actor Ryan Gosling. It is noted that the artist’s training helps to get a figure with a strong upper body, broad shoulders and slender legs.
