The doctor called the dangers of morning exercises

Therapist Sevinch Aliyeva named the dangers of morning exercises. Her words are quoted by Moscow Region Today.

The expert explained that physical activity in the morning is dangerous for those who have chronic diseases of the cardiovascular system or associated risks, joint pathologies and other diseases. Also, those who have malignant neoplasms or even a cold should refrain from charging.

Aliyeva said that you should not do exercises immediately after waking up, as it is necessary to allow the body to wake up and prepare for activity. In her opinion, exercising too early can make you feel dizzy, increase your blood pressure, and speed up your pulse.

On February 19, fitness trainer Svetlana Butova explained the benefits of morning exercises. According to the expert, it promotes quick awakening, improves physical fitness and helps normalize weight.
