Men Today journalists named effective ways to pump up your arms without doing push-ups.
The material lists three exercises that can replace push-ups. All exercises are performed within 45 seconds.
The first to be asked was to do step climbs. To do this, you need to lie down and alternately step with your hands onto a hill located slightly ahead.
