Baskonia lends Pavel Savkov to Gipuzkoa Basket until the end of the season

He Baskonia ha transferred to the escort Pavel Savkov to the Guuk Gipuzkoa Basket until the end of this 2023-24 season, as announced this Wednesday by the Gasteiztarra and Donostiarra clubs. The 21-year-old Russian player, trained at Baskonia, has played in recent months for the Birmingham Squadron, of the NBA G League, which is the Development League in the United States, and will be at Gipuzkoa Basket, in the LEB Gold, in the remainder of the campaign.
Savkov renewed, in September 2023, with Baskonia, until 2028, and arrives at an entity that is fighting for promotion to the Endesa League and is currently classified, having played 21 games of the regular phase, in fourth position, with 15 victories.
As has been said, Baskonia and Gipuzkoa Basket have agreed that the transfer will be effective until the end of the season in question.
