Porto thrashes Vizela 4-0 and leads the Portuguese Championship

This Sunday, the Porto beat Vizela, away from home, by 4-0. The match, valid for the 15th round of the Portuguese Championship, featured goals from Luis Díaz, Otávio, Zaidu Sanusi and Samu (own).

With the result, the Dragons lead the national competition and add 41 points – as well as the Sporting. Vizela, on the other hand, has 13 and occupies the 14th position in the table.

Porto returns to the field on Thursday, at 17:45 (GMT), when it receives the Benfica for the round of 16 of the Portuguese Cup. Vizela, on the other hand, will face Braga, at home, at 15:45, for the same phase of the tournament.

The game – Under the command of Sérgio Conceição, the visitors opened the scoring at 14, with Díaz, who received a beautiful shot from Otávio, cleared the score and scored the first. Five minutes later, it was the Brazilian’s turn to hit the net, after the Colombian’s assistance.

At the beginning of the complementary stage, Porto increased its advantage. Sanusi took advantage of the ball hit by Evanilson, fired at speed down the left and scored the third goal after two minutes. At 19, Samu scored against and gave final numbers to the duel.
