Bidaideak qualifies for the Cup semi-finals

Bidaideak BSR qualified for the semifinals of the Copa del Rey wheelchair basketball on Friday, February 23 after beat Econy Gran Canaria by 62-78 in the quarterfinals.
The first half was even. In the first ten minutes Bidaideak was a little superior to the rival, although he did not gain much of an advantage (14-19). In the second quarter Gran Canaria improved, reduced the deficit and even took the lead on the scoreboard. The predominant note was equality and a reflection of this was the tie with which relegation was reached (38-38).
After the restart, Bidaideak came out better and managed to open a gap on the scoreboard (40-46). Furthermore, the rival had difficulties in overcoming the defense of the Bilbao team, so those led by Rubén Yánez reached the last ten minutes with an advantage of eight points (48-56).
In the last quarter, Bidaideak managed their advantage well, in the final minutes they extended it and won the victory (62-78) along with the pass to the semi-final.
