Mamed Khalidov was unconscious, and Roberto Soldić was not happy with the victory. He defeated the greatest KSW legend, became a double champion, but did not celebrate the triumph at all. He brutally knocked out Mamed at the start of the second round, but there was no smile on his face because he had a great respect for Mamed, which he has repeated in every possible interview. Soldier a new big KSW star

Mamed Khalidov and, who are on the final straight of their careers, are still by far the biggest stars of KSW. And although no one from the Polish federation said it aloud, it was a slight fear that KSW would be able to create a new star before their departure. A player who would combine great results, recognition, interesting history and media coverage.

– For years, I dreamed that in the process of internationalization of the KSW federation there would be a situation where Poles would fight for the belts with players from all over the world. And it does. This is proof that we are an international product. Promoters must lead by example, because if we regret that Polish players are losing, the fans will think similarly. It’s not like I prefer the Pole to win than Roberto Soldić or Scott Askham. All champions are ours. They fight for KSW, they love our country and the organization in which they win the belts – says Maciej Kawulski. The ViaPlay platform is supposed to help create new stars. Thanks to the new cooperation, KSW is to conquer other markets, including Scandinavia, Lithuania, Latvia, Belgium and the Netherlands.

The co-owner of KSW, however, must be vigilant, because Soldicia’s career has gained an express pace and there will probably be rumors about the UFC, the best organization in the world, soon.

– Transfer to the UFC? For now, I have a contract with KSW. I just think about it. And one more thing: happy holidays! Soldić smiled. It must have been his first smile that evening.
