De Marcos and a double by Iñaki Williams give Athletic victory over Betis (3-2)

A goal by Oscar de Marcos in the 89th minute gave Athletic Club the victory over Real Betis by 3-2, thus breaking the tie that until then reflected the score of San Mamés after a Iñaki Williams double for the locals and both visitors from Juanmi Jiménez and Nabil Fekir.

Williams put the Bilbao team ahead in the second minute taking advantage of a pass from Iker Muniain, Juanmi equalized the score at six by pushing a pass from Alex Moreno over the line and, already in the second half, Fekir made it 1-2 at 56, Williams definitely balanced the match in ’71 and De Marcos decided the encounter.

With this result, including the Williams’ second spectacular goal, the lions put an end to an eight-game winless streak.
