Quincy Promes scored a hat-trick in 19 minutes in the match between Spartak and Astana

Dutch forward of Spartak Moscow Quincy Promes scored a hat-trick in a friendly match with Kazakhstan’s Astana. This was reported by a Lenta.ru correspondent.

The legionnaire scored three goals in 19 minutes. At the time of publication of the news, the match is in the second half, Muscovites are ahead with a score of 4:0. Astana defender Alexander Marochkin sent another goal into his own goal.

Earlier it became known that the Horizon Film company would shoot a mini-series based on the biography of Promes, who was convicted of drug charges. According to the company’s producer Jaap Schneider, they were extremely interested in the player’s story.

On February 14, an Amsterdam court sentenced Promes in absentia to six years in prison. According to investigators, in 2019, the forward was involved in transporting a large shipment of cocaine that belonged to Surinamese drug trafficker Piet Wartel.

In June 2023, a Dutch court sentenced Promes in absentia to 18 months in prison. The attacker was found guilty of involvement in the armed attack and stabbing of his cousin.
