Cédrine Kerbaol wins the Vuelta a la Comunidad Valenciana

The French Cédrine Kerbaol (WNT) won the Vuelta a la Comunidad Valencianaa single-day race, which was held on Sunday, February 4 between Bétera and Valencia with a route of 93 kilometers.
