Young French midfielder champion of the League of Nations is passed over by European giants

The young midfielder Aurélien Tchouaméni, from Monaco, was the holder of France on conquest of the League of Nations. With the good performance, he aroused the interest of Juventus, Real Madrid, Chelsea e Liverpool. The information is from the Italian newspaper Tuttosport.

According to the publication, the Turin team came last in the fight to hire the 21-year-old athlete. Juve was interested in buying it in the last transfer window, but the Monegasque club refused to enter into negotiations.

Based on Tchouaméni’s good performances, Monaco understands that the player is worth around 40 million euros (R$ 257 million).

Formed on the basis of Bordeaux, Aurélien Tchouaméni joined the principality team in January 2020 for 18 million euros (R$ 115.6 million currently). This season, he took the field 15 times and scored two goals. For the French national team, he started in the final stretch of the Nations League and played five matches.
