To begin with, the specialist recommended doing leg swings while standing. Next up are squats with hip raises. To do this, you need to stand up straight, with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands clasped in front of you. Then you need to lower yourself into a squat so that your thighs are parallel to the floor. After standing up, raise your right leg bent at the knee and reach for it with your left elbow.

Rotach recommended jumping push-ups as the next exercise. The last exercise was called lunges with twists. To do this, you need to stand up straight and place your feet shoulder-width apart. Next, take a big step forward with your right foot so that your knees form right angles, and at the same time turn your body to the right.

On January 30, fitness trainer Andrei Shishkov spoke about one exercise that will help pump up the muscles of the legs, buttocks and back. Shishkov advised doing complicated bends.
