Russian figure skater Victoria Sinitsina in her Telegram channel obscenely assessed the deprivation of the Russian team of gold in the team figure skating tournament at the 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing.
The athlete wrote that she was very upset, adding that the boomerang was returning. “Tomorrow I’ll collect everything,” she added.
Previously, the Russian team was deprived of gold in the team figure skating tournament at the 2022 Olympic Games after Kamila Valieva’s points were cancelled. As a result, Russia dropped to third place in the standings, gold went to the USA team, and silver went to Japan.
On January 29, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) suspended Kamila Valieva for four years. The period of suspension is counted from December 25, 2021, all her results for this period are canceled.
