Expert Shishkov advised doing bends to train your legs, buttocks and back
Fitness trainer Andrei Shishkov talked about one exercise that will help pump up the muscles of the legs, buttocks and back. His words are quoted by Around the World.
Shishkov advised doing complicated bends. Starting position – standing, legs wider than shoulders, arms down along the body. Then shift your body weight to your right leg and squat down on it, and straighten your left leg. In this case, you need to bend over and try, keeping your back straight, to reach your right foot with your left hand, keep your right hand near the pelvis.
“This exercise trains not only the muscles of the legs and back, but the heart, if you perform such bends intensively, until shortness of breath appears,” the expert noted.
Earlier, Irina Rotach described a 15-minute workout to speed up weight loss. She suggested including side lying leg raises, supine leg abductions, the classic glute bridge, and the dead bug exercise.
