Fitness expert reveals the rule for effective training

American fitness trainer Jordan Smith revealed the rule for effective training. His words are quoted by the Daily Mail.

The expert said that it is necessary to perform no more than 3-8 exercises, doing three to four sets of each with 6-12 repetitions in them. He stressed that it is best for beginners to hire a personal trainer and do full-body exercises.

At the same time, for fat burning it is better to work with light weights, but do more repetitions, namely 15-20. When choosing classic strength training, you need to work with heavy weights, rest between approaches, and also do a small number of repetitions – 4-12.

Previously, fitness expert Eric Sung recommended that beginners perform two or three exercises at a calm pace per workout. He noted that it is better to choose complexes that work several muscle groups at the same time.
