Lovchev said that Krasnodar footballer Eduard Spertsyan would suit Spartak
The USSR champion in the Moscow “Spartak” Evgeniy Lovchev named a football player suitable for the club. His words are quoted by Match TV.
The red-and-white legend said that he would like to see Krasnodar midfielder Eduard Spertsyan in the team. In his opinion, Spartak needs several players to strengthen its squad.
On June 9, the Dutch Ajax made an offer to Krasnodar to purchase Spertsyan. The club’s sports director, Sven Mislintat, contacted the agency handling the player’s affairs. However, in August it became known that Mislintat was not given permission to acquire Spertsyan for moral reasons.
Spertsyan, 23, has Russian and Armenian citizenship. Since 2021, he has been playing for the Armenian national team. In the current season of the Russian Premier League, the midfielder took part in 18 matches, scoring eight goals and giving two assists.
