Fitness expert Novikov advised doing plank twists for a thin waist
Fitness expert Vladimir Novikov recommended exercises for a thin waist. His words are quoted by Woman Hit.
First, Novikov suggested doing a twist in the plank. “We turn to the left, hold the supporting hand under the shoulder, and extend the free one up so that it is perpendicular to the floor. We hold the pose for 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side,” he said.
Next, the trainer recommended doing the “dead bug” exercise. To do this, you need to lie on the floor, raise your straight legs and arms up and fix the position. Each time you need to increase the time in statics.
Another exercise is “superman”. “We lie down on our stomach, stretch out our arms and legs, while keeping our neck relaxed, and directing our gaze to the floor. Raise your outstretched arms and legs slightly above the floor. We hold the position for a couple of seconds and relax,” Novikov described the technique of performing the exercise.
The expert also advised not to forget about stretching. He suggested lying on your stomach, straightening your legs, raising yourself on your hands and stretching the top of your head up, without bending your lower back too much.
Earlier, fitness trainer Alexandra Sulim named ways to burn belly fat. She recommended eating no earlier than 30 minutes after training, and also maintaining a drinking regime.
