Fitness trainer Olga Ivanova gave advice to those who want to get in good physical shape for spring. Her words are quoted by Volgogradskaya Pravda.
According to the specialist, to lose weight you need not to starve, but to eat a balanced diet, and also not to forget about physical activity. “You don’t have to spend hours in the gym working your ass off. It’s better to practice for ten minutes, but every day. You can choose exercises for problem parts of the body,” Ivanova noted.
The coach also advised to sleep at least seven hours a day and pay attention to running. “Before the start, it’s better to do a little exercise, and you need to start running from short distances,” Ivanova said.
Earlier, fitness trainer Alina Vysotskaya gave tips on how to quickly get back into shape after a long holiday. The specialist advised me to give up strict diets. “Introduce new foods and changes gradually, giving your body time to adapt,” she added.
