According to the specialist, it is important to start putting yourself in order gradually. She suggested giving up the car, walking more, and starting to exercise at home. Rysyeva advised paying attention to the “cat” exercise.
“Important! Palms – strictly under the shoulders, knees – under the hip joints. As you inhale, you need to smoothly round your back, drawing in your abdominal muscles, and then bend your back, gradually relaxing your stomach and raising your head up,” she noted.
Rysyeva also advised doing the shoulder bridge exercise. “You lift your pelvis vertebra by vertebra to the middle of the shoulder blades and just as smoothly lower down. There is no need to chase speed here; it is important to feel the wave-like movement of the body. This way you nourish your discs and allow your spine to move,” the trainer said.
