Fitness expert Silina advised doing exercises to get rid of a hangover

President of the National Fitness Society Elena Silina named ways to get rid of a hangover with the help of exercise. Her words are quoted by KP-Sport.

“If you need to get rid of a hangover, then you can do it with light physical activity: not jogging, but a walk at a brisk pace, not strength training, but classical exercises or exercises to develop flexibility (stretch) with pleasant, calm music,” Silina said.

The expert emphasized that any physical activity is allowed only if the state of health is satisfactory and there are no problems with the cardiovascular system or other chronic diseases. In addition, she advised drinking more still water and eating vegetables and fruits.

Earlier, fitness trainer Anna Fedorova named exercises that are contraindicated after the New Year’s feast. She said that you should not do intense workouts, which can negatively affect your digestion and overall well-being.
