Vyalbe: for the New Year I’m preparing “Poverty” salad with crab, red and black caviar
President of the Russian Ski Racing Federation (FLGR) Elena Vyalbe told what dishes she prepares for the New Year. Her words are quoted by Komsomolskaya Pravda.
Vyalbe shared that on holidays she prepares beef jellied meat and Olivier salad with doctor’s sausage. She also makes Poverty Salad. “Only egg, crab, red and black caviar. Well, and mayonnaise,” the coach described the composition of the dish.
Earlier, Vyalbe said that without a flag and anthem, Russians should not participate in the Olympic Games. “And my position will not change,” the coach emphasized.
On October 25, it became known that the council of the International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) extended sanctions against Russian athletes. For the first time, restrictions on the performance of Russians at international ski tournaments were imposed in March 2022.
