RT: ex-football player of the Russian national team Nigmatullin misses dumplings and borscht in the USA

Former goalkeeper of the Russian national football team Ruslan Nigmatullin, who lives in the USA, admitted that he missed dumplings and borscht. He is quoted by RT.

“There wasn’t enough Russian, Caucasian and Tatar cuisine. I miss borscht and dumplings. Of course, they are also available in the USA, but they are not as tasty,” explained Nigmatullin.

The athlete said that he also misses communication with his usual circle of friends. He noted that there are enough people living in Miami who know Russian, but all these acquaintances are short-term. “I have lifelong friends here,” explained the former football player.

Earlier it was reported that a petition was created in Ukraine to ban “Olivier” and “Herring under a fur coat.” According to activists, these two salads violate patriotic principles and cause more damage to the country than corruption.
