Coach Marchenko suggested doing deadlifts with dumbbells to strengthen your back
Fitness trainer Tatyana Marchenko recommended six exercises with dumbbells to strengthen your back. Her words are quoted on the FitStars website.
The specialist suggested doing bent-over dumbbell rows with one hand and support. It is noted that the exercise should be performed slowly in three to four sets of 12-15 times, and you should start with a weaker hand.
Then the trainer recommended doing deadlifts with dumbbells in two or three sets of 10-15 times. You can also perform dumbbell presses with one arm.
In addition, Marchenko suggested doing two-handed dumbbell rows with a straight grip, straight-arm rows with body lifts, and bent-arm rows.
Earlier, fitness trainer Ksenia Shulga gave advice for slim legs. She recommended doing high reps with light weights, 30 reps per set.
