The specialist did not like the performance of the 17-year-old athlete in the free program of the tournament. “It’s so big that if this happens, then maybe it’s better not to participate – to stay at home, work out or just run, get yourself in order,” she said. According to the coach, it was better for Khromykh not to participate in the championship.
Khromykh took the last 18th place at the Russian Championship, scoring a total of 164.30 points. The winner was Adelia Petrosyan, who had 246.53 points.
On December 22, Tarasova ridiculed the performance of Russian figure skater Maria Talalaikina in the short program of the tournament. She stated that it is necessary to carry out a control weigh-in before going out to an audience of five thousand.
