Nutritionist evaluates the “30-30-30” rule for weight loss

Nutritionist Tara Schmidt praised the “30-30-30” rule for weight loss

Nutritionist Tara Schmidt commented on the “30-30-30” rule for weight loss. Her words are quoted by TODAY.com.

The 30-30-30 rule is a weight loss method that involves eating 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up, followed by 30 minutes of low-intensity exercise. This morning routine has become popular on TikTok.

Schmidt appreciated this approach, but emphasized that everything depends on the initial level. “If you’re not doing any exercise and now do 30 minutes a day of low-intensity exercise, that’s better than nothing,” added exercise physiologist Jason Machowski.

Previously, trainer Ksenia Shulga appreciated the benefits of fitness corsets. “A fitness corset should only be used in exercises with critical weights, when there is a real risk that the abdominal muscles will not withstand the load,” she said.
