Guberniev called the four-time Olympic champion Tikhonov bullshit

Commentator Dmitry Guberniev spoke about the attitude towards the four-time Olympic champion in biathlon Alexander Tikhonov. His words are quoted by Sports.ru.

“He is bullshit and, as in the classics, a pathetic, insignificant person. From a great athlete, a man who was the pride of the country, he turned into an absolutely hands-free character, “Guberniev said. He called Tikhonov dishonest and noted that the champion had lost his human appearance.

Guberniev recalled that he had previously defended the main critic of Russian biathlon from attacks. According to him, the attitude towards Tikhonov gradually changed, and now the commentator is sure that it will not change.

Tikhonov is a longtime critic of Guberniev. He stated that the journalist had a detrimental effect on biathlon, and called for him to be deprived of his job.

Earlier, Tikhonov criticized Guberniev for the scandal with the singer Olga Buzova on the air of Match TV. The champion considered that the commentator had lost his conscience and masculinity if he allowed himself to bring a woman to tears.

In mid-June, Guberniev brought TV presenter and singer Olga Buzova to tears on the air of the program “All for the Match!”, Where she made a speech in support of the Russian national football team. The commentator asked the artist which school is closer to her: Russian – with the requirements of Stanislav Cherchesov – or Soviet, coach Efros (Anatoly Efros, Soviet director – approx. “Lenta.ru”). The singer could not answer the question, to which Guberniev quoted the book “Kid and Carlson”, saying: “Have you stopped drinking cognac in the morning?” In response, Buzova burst into tears.
