The best CS: GO players in Poland. We chose the top ten of 2021

2021 was not the best year for Polish CS: GO teams. Poles fared much better abroad, who played at the most important esports events and climbed the global ladder of success. Our editorial team selected the best ten CS: GO players in Poland in 2021.

A year of disappointment

We entered 2021 with hope – Wisła All in! Games Kraków was preparing for the IEM Katowice 2021 Play-in, and there were many changes on the Polish scene, which were to have a salutary impact on the condition of Polish teams. The following months brutally verified these expectations, and ultimately the most successful players were those who moved to foreign teams. Below the top ten in 2021, according to sport.pl, selected during a two-hour broadcast on the Twitch channel.

10. Kamil Нreiko “Cegie³ko – HONORIS

The 22-year-old set sail in 2021 to the high seas. Together with HONORIS he did quite well on the domestic scene, winning the title of ESL Polish Champion in spring. And in autumn his team played in three finals of the national competition. Reiko himself was a distinguishing figure, setting excellent statistics at the same time.

9. Krzysztof “Goofy” Górski – Wis³a All in! Games Kraków

The only representative of the current Polish champion – Wis³a All in! Games Kraków – in the list. Goofy had a very successful year based on individual statistics. In terms of teams it was a bit worse, but in the twelve-month period the Vistula River was still in the lead in the country.

8. Micha³ “snatchie” Rudzki – x-com AGO / Anonymo

The hero of two high-profile transfers – first to x-com AGO, and then to Anonymo. The latter move was much worse and hence Snatchi’s relatively low position in the ranking. The sniper had a good year individually, however, and had some successes with the x-com AGO.

7. Kamil „KEi” Pietkun – Anonymo/Sprout

The only representative of the original Anonymo team and its brightest point in the first part of this year. Ultimately, the KEi did not experience such a dynamic development as we would have expected a year ago, but nevertheless individually it is still a strong period for Pietkun. The autumn transfer to Sprout is going to be good so far, a big plus is also a very quick acclimatization in the new team and winning the first trophies with it.

6. Maciej “F1KU” Miklas – x-com AGO

Next to Furlan, the only player who has had a firm place in the x-kom AGO this year. Miklas was a strong point of the team, breaking good numbers very often. In addition, he was also one of the best team of 2021 in Poland, so he deserved a place in the TOP10. The excellent form on LAN, which it has presented in recent months, also works in favor of F1KA. Without this player, the Jastrzêbie would not have achieved such results.

5. Hubert „Szejn” ¦wiat³y – Izako Boars/MOUZ NXT

The first of the Polish duo, which is currently represented by MOUZ NXT. The first part of the year is about shining Szejn in the Polish backyard, and then the transfer abroad, which turned out to be a hit. Light is developing at MOUZ NXT, where, together with others, he has created one of the most promising teams in Europe.

4. Kamil „siuhy” Szkaradek – Izako Boars/MOUZ NXT

The other half of the duo. While still in Izako Boars, it was Szejn who was the player who distinguished himself more from this pair, but the last months have been the time for a dry time. Szkaradek plays even better in MOUZ NXT than in Izako Boars, he is constantly developing and he is also a very good IGL. Especially for his last skill we appreciated him and placed him higher than his team mate.

3. Olek „hades” Mi¶kiewicz – Wis³a All in! Games Kraków/ENCE

The podium was opened by the revelation of 2021 – Olek “hades” Mi¶kiewicz. His transfer to ENCE was quite a surprise, especially as the Pole replaced the allu. The 21-year-old managed to survive the pressure, however, and even gave more to the team than the Finnish legend Without him, ENCE would not have been promoted to Major, indeed, it would not be one of the best teams in Europe.

2. Pawe³ „dycha” Dycha – ENCE

The second place belongs to the second Pole from ENCE – Paweł “dycha” Dychy. When the 24-year-old joined ENCE in the country, there were many voices of disapproval. After 11 months, no one doubts that he was It’s a good move. Individually, he is often the best player on the team, moreover, he had an excellent Challengers phase at PGL Major Stockholm. One of the few players in Poland who can say that he is on a world-class level.

1. Mateusz “mantuu” Wilczewski – OG

Mantuu changed the flag from British to Polish in June, so we can officially announce that Wilczewski was the best Pole in CS: GO in 2021. The 24-year-old has long been one of the world’s top snipers and this year he proved it again. Its rating score is 1.14 in the last twelve months. He was usually the one who did not disappoint at OG and had nothing to complain about. Throughout the year, he competed only for the best teams and he approached these matches without complexes. It was not too bad in terms of teams – IEM Summer Final, ESL Pro League Semi-Final, Spring Sweet Spring Win. A spoon of tar here is the lack of promotion to the PGL Major, but we would not blame for that in Mantuu, which performed very well at the IEM Fall qualifying tournament.
