Russian bare-knuckle fighter Ilya Topchin was caught with drugs in Moscow. This was reported by the SHOT Telegram channel.

According to the source, the arrest occurred on the night of December 16-17. Traffic police officers stopped the car on Bolshaya Pochtovaya Street. It is noted that Topchin was nervous and could not clearly answer questions from law enforcement agencies. As a result, five bags of white powder were found in his backpack, which turned out to be mephedrone.

27-year-old Topchin performed in the Hardcore FC promotion. He also became the winner of the Russian boxing championship and fought in the professional ring.

On November 3, Russian athlete Kirill Sambros, who organizes fist fights in the Hardcore Fighting promotion, was found to be in possession of drugs. A package containing an unknown substance was found in the 25-year-old fighter’s belongings. The examination showed that it was 0.97 grams of mephedrone.
