FIFA satisfied the claim of Rostov against Roma in the case of the transfer of forward Shomurodov
The International Football Federation (FIFA) satisfied the claim of Rostov against the Italian club Roma in the case of the transfer of striker Eldor Shomurodov. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the Russian team.
In September, Rostov appealed to the FIFA football tribunal because it did not receive solidarity payments from the Romans when the player transferred from Genoa. “Our complaint was considered and satisfied by FIFA in full,” the statement said.
The footballer is currently on loan at Cagliari. In the 2023/2024 season, he played 13 matches for the team in all competitions and provided two assists.
Shomurodov played for Rostov from July 2017 to October 2020. Afterwards he moved to Genoa, which he changed to Roma in August 2021.
