Milwaukee and Indiana players got into a fight over the ball after an NBA game
Players of the Milwaukee Bucks and Indiana Pacers started a fight after a match of the regular season of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The New York Post reports this.
Indiana basketball players took the ball into the locker room to present it to rookie Oscar Tshiebwe, who scored his first point in the NBA. At the same time, Milwaukee’s Greek player Giannis Antetokounmpo, who set a scoring record in the match, also wanted to take the ball.
Indiana coach Rick Carlisle said that because of this, a brawl broke out in the bleachers, in which team general manager Chad Buchanan was injured. He added that both Tshiebwe and Antetokounmpo ended up getting the ball. However, the Greek doubted that the ball he received was really a game ball.
The meeting ended with a score of 140:126 in favor of Milwaukee. Antetokounmpo scored 64 points and updated his personal and club scoring records.
