Jandro Castro, new coach of Amorebieta

The Amorebieta Sports Society confirmed that he has reached an agreement with Villarreal to “the transfer of rights” of Jandro Castro and that the Asturian coach is the new coach of the blue team, replacing Haritz Mujika.
Castro44 years old, until now managed Villarreal C, a Tercera RFEF team that he took over in the summer of 2022 after starting his career as a coach at CD Acero de Sagunto.
During his time as a footballer he played nearly 400 matches in different categories defending the shirts of Valencia, Celta de Vigo, Albacete, Alavés, Gimnàstic de Tarragona, Elche and Girona.
The new ‘Amore’ coach will lead his first training session this Thursday in Urritxe and at its conclusion he will be officially presented. His debut will be on Sunday in Lezama against Real Zaragoza.
