The expert urged to set a specific goal for yourself, set a training schedule, avoid racing for results, find suitable music, drink water during training, monitor your diet and wear the right clothes and shoes.
“Increase the load gradually. Otherwise, severe fatigue in the very first days will discourage you from training for a long time,” added Radugin. He also noted that home training is an activity that only the most persistent and purposeful can master.
On November 22, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Education at the State University of Management, Irina Merkulova, revealed ways to use household items in home workouts. She stated that a rolling pin and a towel can replace a special roll.
