Ainhoa Hernández and Maitane Etxeberria will play the semifinals of the handball World Cup with the Spanish team after achieving the victory against Germany (26-21) this Tuesday in the quarterfinals.
Germany started the game strong (0-3, 2-5 and 3-6), and although Spain had a hard time getting ahead on the scoreboard, they did it before the break (14-10). In the second half, the Spanish team was superior and sealed the victory with a result of 26-21.
Maitane Etxeberria scored three goals, while Ainhoa Hernández scored two goals.
