Biathlete Grishina said that she received a maximum of 125 thousand rubles in prize money
Russian biathlete Anastasia Grishina named the biggest prize money in her career. Her words are quoted by Metaratings.
According to the athlete, the maximum she received was 125 thousand rubles for one race. This happened in November of this year during performances in the International League of Club Biathlon (MLCB) Cup. “I really liked the emotions in the race, there was a feeling of relief and celebration. The result was also good,” said Grishina.
The 21-year-old athlete is spending her first season in the main Russian national team. She took fourth place in the women’s mass start at the MLKB.
Russians do not participate in tournaments by decision of the International Biathlon Union (IBU). The order took effect in March 2022 and will remain in effect until further notice.
