Another option for improving endurance is circuit training. Exercises in this format are performed in a circle, one approach at a time, without rest. The break between circles is strictly regulated, which allows you to maintain the required heart rate range.
On November 30, Kira Glinka, an expert at the Center for Molecular Diagnostics CMD Central Research Institute of Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor, named the reasons for the lack of effectiveness in training. The specialist said that many people get too carried away with the process, which is why they develop the wrong training regimen, ignore safety requirements, receive accidental injuries and harm their health.
