Fitness expert Rotach: strength exercises can be accompanied by weight gain

Fitness expert Irina Rotach explained the weight gain after training. Her words are quoted by Men Today.

Rotach drew attention to the fact that during muscle recovery, chemical reactions begin to occur in them, which attract additional amounts of water. For example, swelling can be accompanied by strength exercises, since during such training the muscles of beginners receive a lot of microtrauma.

The expert also said that regular weight training makes muscles grow. This is reflected in weight, but strength training is still recommended for weight loss. Another reason for weight gain may be disturbances in the water-salt balance of the body.

On December 2, Rotach named three exercises that speed up weight loss. To begin with, the specialist advised me to perform kettlebell swings. The next exercise will be squats with a kettlebell. The expert named the Romanian deadlift with kettlebells as the last exercise.
