Fitness expert Irina Rotach named the best evening workout for men. Her words are quoted by Men Today.

To begin with, the coach advised me to do a plank with knees pulled up. After that – burpees with push-ups: stand up straight, with your feet shoulder-width apart, then go into a squat position, and from there jump into a lying position, then do a push-up, return to a squat position with a jump and jump up, raising your arms above your head.

Next, Rotach suggested doing a plank and a bicycle exercise. The last part of the workout was the “jumping jack,” during which you need to stand up straight, put your feet together, and extend your arms along your body. Next, you need to jump with your legs apart and raise your arms above your head. At the end, you also need to jump back to the starting position.

On November 20, Rotach named a way to pump up six-pack abs at home. The trainer advised me to do crunches, scissors, V-pendulum and Russian twist.
