The friendly match of the Russian national team against Cuba will be included in the Russian Book of Records. This was reported by the Telegram channel “Mutko against”.
The national team broke its own record for the number of players scoring in one match. Eight different players scored in the meeting with Cuba.
The ceremony for entering the match into the Russian Book of Records should take place in early December. It is planned that the head coach of the national team Valery Karpin and the leadership of the Russian Football Union (RFU) will take part in it.
The match with Cuba took place on November 20 in Volgograd and ended with a score of 8:0 in favor of the hosts. The winners included Ivan Oblyakov, Alexander Golovin, Anton Miranchuk, Alexander Silyanov, Alexander Sobolev, Danil Prutsev, Nikita Krivtsov and Andrey Mostovoy.
