Actress Aniston Coleman’s trainer talks about the benefits of low-intensity training
Dani Coleman, personal trainer of American actress Jennifer Aniston, revealed the benefits of low-intensity training. His words are quoted by Business Insider.
Coleman said Aniston has given up grueling cardio workouts and now prefers low-impact activities. “She just realized that you don’t have to break your body in training,” the specialist shared.
According to Coleman, low-intensity workouts are low-impact and still help you go deeper into your body and work it out completely. Such complexes help build strength, strengthen the cardiovascular system, improve mobility and stability.
“When we think about working out, we think, ‘No pain, no gain.’ But really, we want to challenge that and say, ‘You can feel good doing the workouts and get the results you want,'” Coleman concluded.
Earlier, Victoria Beckham’s personal trainer Bobby Rich revealed the secret of her workouts to stay in shape. He noted that the actress has been regularly training with weights for four or five years.
