Bivol named the favorite for the fight between Usik and Fury

Russian Dmitry Bivol called Ukrainian Usik the favorite for the fight with Briton Fury

Russian boxer Dmitry Bivol, in an interview with the YouTube channel Boxing Social, assessed the upcoming fight between Ukrainian Alexander Usik and Briton Tyson Fury.

Bivol called Usyk the favorite of the fight. “But we don’t know what shape Tyson Fury will be in for the fight. Perhaps he learned some lessons from the fight against [Фрэнсиса] Ngannou. Or maybe not,” he concluded.

Fury and Usyk will fight for the title of absolute world heavyweight champion on February 17 in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). Previously planned fights between athletes were repeatedly disrupted.

Usik has 21 victories in 21 fights. He holds the World Boxing Organization (WBO), International Boxing Federation (IBF), International Boxing Organization (IBO) and WBA Super heavyweight championship belts.

Fury has 34 wins, one draw and no losses. He holds the World Boxing Council (WBC) heavyweight championship belt.
