Coach Parkhomenko advised against squats if you have problems with posture
Fitness trainer Vladimir Parkhomenko listed contraindications for doing squats. His words are quoted by Sport Express.
“People who have impairments or problems with posture should be careful. They are most often susceptible to injury,” the expert said. He also recommended avoiding squats for those who have varicose veins, hemorrhoids, problems with the hip joints, rheumatoid arthritis, arthrosis of the hip or knee joint.
Parkhomenko added that when performing exercises such as squats, it is worth seeking help from specialists and learning the correct technique.
Earlier, Parkhomenko spoke about the correct technique for squats with your own weight. He noted that the load can be increased due to the number of repetitions, the speed of the movement or additional weights.
