On their social networks, the Spurs confirmed 13 cases of the virus between players and coaching staff. In addition, the duel against Rennes by the Conference League was cancelled. In a statement, UEFA said it had not found a viable solution for the game to be played.
If no other measures are taken, the match will be considered a 3-0 defeat by Tottenham. Therefore, the team will be eliminated from the tournament without playing the last match of the group stage.
