Shape magazine experts talked about three exercises to get rid of dizziness. Recommendations are given on the publication’s website.
Experts noted that if dizziness occurs regularly and for no reason, this may indicate a number of malfunctions in the body, such as diseases of the inner ear. In this case, you need to consult a doctor. However, if you feel dizzy in transport or due to stress, this can be corrected through training of the vestibular apparatus.

Shape experts recommended doing squats with a medicine ball. “Stand up straight, feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, back straight. Pick up a medicine ball. Perform a squat with a twist of the body, and as you exhale, stretch up, twisting in the opposite direction,” they explained.
Also, according to experts, crunches on a fitball will help: “Lie with your back on the ball, bend your knees, arms behind your head, elbows to the sides. Lifting your shoulder blades off the fitball, alternately twist your body left and right.”
The third exercise is TRX push-ups using special suspension bands. “While standing, grab the TRX handles and, with your arms straight, gently transfer your body weight to them, leaning forward. The body and legs should remain straight and form one line,” the experts said.
Earlier, fitness trainer Andrei Prokofiev named simple exercises to awaken the body. The expert advised doing a vacuum, as well as moving the legs to the side and back.
