Coach Solomin suggested doing a wave with the spine to combat slouching

Fitness expert Denis Solomin recommended exercises to combat stoop. His words are quoted by Sport Express.

The trainer recommended doing the wave with the spine 15-20 times. “Get on all fours and launch a wave in segments: twist your pelvis, push your lower back up, then your chest, then expand the space between your shoulder blades, then lower your head onto your chest,” he described the technique for performing the first part of the exercise. Afterwards, you need to perform the reverse movements: “open your tail”, like a peacock’s, then bend your lower back, then your chest, sink into your shoulder blades and raise your head up.

Solomin also suggested doing the “mermaid” exercise. Starting position – stand on your left knee, take your straight right leg to the side and place it on your foot, body vertically above the knee. Then you need to lean your body to the left, place your left hand on the floor with your palm, and stretch with your right hand in continuation of the arc of the body. After this, change sides and repeat 15-20 times on each leg.

In addition, the expert advised to perform the “open book” exercise. Starting position – stand facing the wall, feet shoulder-width apart, lean your arms straight against the wall, like in a plank, tilt your body forward a few degrees. “With your left straight arm, stretch back with your body turned, and with your right hand push away from the wall. Your hands should form one straight line. Be sure to stand at an angle so that you can push off the wall with your hand, helping the spine twist in a spiral,” Solomin explained.

On September 24, fitness trainer Andrei Prokofiev named simple exercises to awaken the body. The expert advised doing a vacuum, as well as moving the legs to the side and back.
