Fitness trainer advised men to exercise to burn fat

Fitness trainer Irina Rotach advised men on exercises to burn fat. Her words are quoted by Men Today.

She first suggested doing crunches with arms raised. Starting position – lying on your back, straight legs raised, shoulder blades off the floor. Hands must be spread to the sides, and then brought together and touching the knees. Repeat 12 times.

The next exercise is raising your arms in boat pose. To do this, sit on the floor, tilt your back slightly, bend your knees and lift your legs. Fix in this position and do 15 repetitions of swinging your arms forward and to the side.

Another exercise that Rotach recommended was the “hundred.” Starting position – lying on your back, straight legs raised 45 degrees from the floor, head raised. Then, with straight arms, rock 30 times up and down along your body.

Previously, Rotach named the best ways to remove belly fat for men after 40 years. She suggested doing the rock climber exercise, as well as burpees.
