Ismailov said that his fight with Mineev could take place in the near future
Russian mixed style (MMA) fighter Magomed Ismailov named the condition for the third fight with compatriot Vladimir Mineev. The athlete spoke out on Instagram (the social network is banned in the Russian Federation; it belongs to the Meta corporation, which is recognized as extremist in Russia and is banned).
“If Shtyrkov doesn’t knock out Mineev on November 18, and I knock out Nikulin or Till, our third confrontation will take place in the near future! And this is all about boxing!” – said Ismailov.
Mineev and Shtyrkov will fight on November 18 according to kickboxing rules. The fight will take place as part of the REN TV Fight Club at the RED Arena in Sochi. Ismailov’s next fight is currently in development. The Russian’s opponent could be compatriot Timur Nikulin or former Absolute Fighting Championship fighter Briton Darren Till.
In total, Mineev won 17 victories in MMA with only one defeat and one draw. Ismailov fought 22 fights, in which he won 18 times and lost three times, one fight ended in a draw.
