Golovin and Kuzyaev were included in the Russian national team for the November training camp
The Russian national football team has announced its roster for the November training camp. This was reported on the website of the Russian Football Union (RFU).
The coaching staff, led by Valery Karpin, included 29 players on the list. Among them are Monaco midfielder Alexander Golovin and French Le Havre midfielder Daler Kuzyaev. Also included in the lineup were Spartak forward Alexander Sobolev and CSKA forward Fedor Chalov, Krasnodar goalkeeper Matvey Safonov and Rostov defender Maxim Osipenko.
On November 3, it became known that the Russian national football team will play against Cuba in the next friendly match. The meeting will take place on November 20 in Volgograd.
The Russian national team has not competed in international tournaments since February 2022 due to sanctions from the International Football Federation and the Union of European Football Associations.
