Expert Kanevsky recommended that runners choose shoes when training in cold weather
Fitness trainer Eduard Kanevsky gave advice on training in the cold. His words are quoted by RT.
The expert recommended that runners choose their shoes more carefully, giving preference to off-road sneakers with insulation. In addition, lovers of aerobic exercise can temporarily change running to cross-country skiing.
Kanevsky also drew attention to the fact that in severe frosts you should not exercise outside at all, so as not to overload the respiratory system. He recalled that many skiers and biathletes suffer from bronchial asthma. That is why it is worth limiting physical activity at temperatures of minus ten degrees.
On October 23, Moscow Marathon judge and candidate Master of Sports in cross-country skiing Viktor Savetnikov assessed the need to take autumn and winter breaks from running training. Savetnikov advised not to stop running with the onset of cold weather, so as not to disrupt the regularity.
