Scientists have named the best time to exercise for weight loss

Scientists from the University of Arizona and Franklin Pierce University (USA) have named the best time to exercise for weight loss. The study is cited by Women’s Health magazine.

During the experiment, it was revealed that the most effective weight loss occurred in subjects who played sports between seven and nine o’clock in the morning. They found that study participants in this group who exercised early consumed fewer calories throughout the day and had an overall healthier diet than those who exercised later.

All participants in the experiment experienced loads from moderate to intense levels introduced into their schedule. It is noted that the morning group led a generally less active lifestyle during the day than other subjects.
