Giuffrida called the news about Atalanta’s plans to loan Miranchuk untrue
Valerio Giuffrida, a representative of Russian midfielder Alexei Miranchuk, appreciated the news that Atalanta plans to loan the player in the winter. His words are quoted by Sport24.
Earlier on October 29, Metaratings reported that Miranchuk could move to another team on loan in the upcoming winter transfer window. Giuffrida called this information untrue.
On October 10, Miranchuk spoke about the influence of Italian culture on him. “Something appears at some point. You are inside the Italian culture, and whether you want it or not, it will stick to you, so to speak,” Miranchuk noted, adding that this applies to emotions and gestures. At the same time, the Russian emphasized that he does not feel like an Italian.
Miranchuk moved to Atalanta in the summer of 2020, signing a contract with the team under the “4+1” scheme. The midfielder spent last season on loan in the Italian Torino.
